PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains what data ArpVPN handles when providing its website, account panel and cross-border network acceleration subscription services, why it is processed, and how users can manage it.
I. Scope and Data Collected
This policy applies to the ArpVPN website, account panel, client connection services and related support processes. Creating an account requires only a username and password, with no email address required. The service therefore does not use a registration email as a condition for creating an account. Usernames identify accounts, while passwords are securely processed for authentication.
When a user selects a plan, submits an order, completes a payment, requests a refund or submits a ticket, the service retains the account identifier, order status, plan details, payment channel, transaction status and communications needed for the relevant process. Order records support subscription delivery, payment verification, after-sales support, duplicate transaction detection and necessary financial obligations.
When the website is accessed, servers may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referring page and error information. Analytics help confirm that pages work properly, identify abnormal requests and improve content structure. They are not used to build profiles of users' access to international websites.
II. Network Activity and No-Logs Position
ArpVPN follows a no-logs policy. The service does not record which websites users visit, retain DNS query content, communication content, specific application activity or connection activity logs that could reconstruct browsing sessions. Network activity data is not processed for sale, exchange or advertising targeting.
To maintain subscription status and deliver the service, the system processes necessary information such as account validity, plan status and traffic usage status. This information determines service access and does not include destinations or transmitted content. Error diagnostics generated during operation are handled only as needed to troubleshoot faults and prevent abuse. After the purpose is fulfilled, they are deleted or de-identified rather than kept as long-term connection records.
III. Cookies and Local Storage
The website and account panel may use cookies and browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings and necessary session information. These data help preserve selected settings between pages and support authentication in the account panel.
Users can clear cookies and local storage through browser settings. After clearing them, login status and some preferences will reset, and related features may need to be configured again. Necessary storage serves account, security and page functions only; it is not used for cross-site advertising tracking.
IV. Payments and Third-Party Processing
ArpVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment service or blockchain network. The service receives the transaction result, order identifier and payment status needed to complete an order, but does not directly store complete credentials for third-party payment accounts.
Payment services process transaction data under their own privacy rules. Users should review the rules provided by the relevant service before entering its payment process. ArpVPN uses payment results only to verify orders, process refunds, resolve disputes and fulfill necessary obligations.
V. Data Retention and Deletion
Account information is retained while the account remains active. Order, refund and transaction status data are kept for the period needed to process orders, handle after-sales disputes and meet necessary financial obligations. Ticket content is retained for the period needed to resolve issues and conduct follow-up checks. Analytics and error diagnostic data are deleted, aggregated or de-identified after statistical, security analysis or troubleshooting purposes are completed.
Users can submit requests to access, correct or delete account data through the support ticket portal in the account panel. After an account is deleted, data unrelated to ongoing service delivery is cleared under the applicable process. Records that must be retained for order verification, refund processing, dispute resolution or legal obligations are handled after the relevant purpose ends. A deletion request does not change aggregated analytics that have already been de-identified.
VI. Policy Updates and User Choices
This policy will be updated on this page when service processes, data handling practices or applicable rules change, and the last updated date at the top of the page will be revised. Significant changes to the scope of data processing will be clearly notified through the website or account panel.
Users can review the updated policy before continuing to use the service. If they disagree with the relevant processing practices, they can stop using the service, clear local browser data and submit an account data request through a support ticket. Uses not listed in this policy will not be expanded automatically; new uses will be explained in an update before being carried out under the applicable rules.
